Come catch a vibe!

We everyone nowadays talking about vibes. What does it really mean though? Well vibe is short for vibration. Science teaches us that everything living resides at its own vibration due to the facts that our universe is constantly in motion. Everything vibrates on a specific level which determines the frequency. Frequency is defined as the rate at which a vibration occurs that constitutes a wave, either in a material like sound waves, or an electromagnetic field as in radio waves and light. Human vibration is defined as the effect of mechanical vibration of the environment on the body. Meaning that all of our surroundings, including people, places and things, cumulatively determine our vibration. This is why people say you are who you hang with or that your environment creates you.

So let’s break that down with an example. If you are hanging out with a friend who is constantly angry at the world for everything, your vibe will begin to lower. It is proven that if you take two objects, in this case people, vibrating at different levels and put them next to each other their vibes will meet in the middle to create a new vibration. This is why it’s so important who and what you surround yourself with. Now I’m not saying to abandon your upset friend in a time of need I’m just saying that if someone is constantly finding things to be sad or mad about you have 1 of 2 options. The easiest choice is to distance yourself and/or limit your interaction with them until the person moves past the issues at hand. If you’re like me it may be part of your purpose on Earth to help raise people’s vibrations. This is something that takes lot of practice and dedication to learn. Definitely requiring strong will and sturdy boundaries!
